Select Trigger®Set Up Trigger to open the following dialog. The "Set Up Trigger" command is also available in the pop-up menu (right mouse click).
Start Trigger
Set the trigger condition to start recording. The conditions can be combined with AND or OR.

The settings in the figure effect the following:
Recording will start if SINUSVALUE has reached a value of 0.5, but at the earliest after 5 seconds. One second will be displayed before the start.
Recording will stop after 1000 samples have been recorded and the post-trigger value of 1s has expired.
The settings will be stored together with the database.
