Cycle Precise Acquisition

To achieve cycle precise acquisition, a data array of n words and a small program must be on the PLC. Monitor the FPWIN Pro project to observe how the index increases every cycle.

The PLC program stores one data word each PLC cycle to the array “ArrayValue”.

1. Insert one or more array channels

   
   

2. Insert ArrayValue

   Note: It is not possible to insert array and non-array channels simultaneously!

3. Close the dialog

4. Before you can start recording, you must change to online mode

   

5. Check that PLC is in RUN mode

   If not, you can change the PLC mode in menu Record ® Change PLC Mode

   

6. Click on Record to upload “ArrayValue”

   

   The x axis shows the index of the array.
