If you are using an FP2 PLC V1.04 or lower, system register 9 (holding file registers (FL)) must be set to zero (0). If you do not, the PLC will prompt a system register error.
The FP3 10K CPUs are available in two variants and can be distinguished by their part number (with C at the end and without C at the end). The CPUs with part numbers ending on C are supported 100% by NAiS Control version 2.3 and higher. The CPUs with the part numbers AFP3210J/EMJ, AFP3211J/EMJ and AFP3212J/EMJ (without C at the end) are not supported 100%, and Control FPWIN Pro7 will not perform a syntax or compiler check of the instructions, operators, functions blocks, etc. available for CPUs with part numbers ending on C. This is why we recommend using only FP3 CPUs with part numbers ending on C.
CPUs with version numbers lower than those specified for Control FPWIN Pro7 can generally be programmed, too. However, the compiler does not check whether the instruction or function, etc. is really available for this version. Please refer to the relevant FP-series technical manuals.
