Communication via USB (via GT panel)

This setting enables the communication between Control FPWIN Pro7 and the PLC via a GT panel connected to the PLC with a USB cable.

NOTE

If more than one GT panel or imagechecker is connected to a PC using the USB port, the communication is not available.

  1. Online > Communication parameters...

    The Communication settings dialog appears.

  2. Select USB (via GT panel) under Connection type
  3. Specify the following communication parameters of your computer:
    • Timeout (s)

      Specify a value between 1 and 60 seconds.

  4. OK
  5. Online > Online mode

    The connection will be established.
