The monitoring rectangle indicates the switching status of the contact. If it is filled in, the contact is closed; if it is empty, the contact is open.
The color of the variable name indicates the current value. If its color is that selected under monitoring, this means TRUE; if the color is that selected for text, this means FALSE.

The color in the monitoring rectangle and the color of the variable name indicate the current value.
