Step mode on startup

With Debug > Step mode on startup you may proceed a program step by step already from startup of the PLC.

This flag can be monitored also in Monitor > Special flags and registers > PLC status information: sys_bIsStepModeActive

During run mode this flag is set implicitly when proceeding from a breakpoint with Step over/Step into, this flag is reset implicitly when proceeding from a breakpoint with Debug > Continue.
