W2 data link setting

Setting the Transmission Area of the Data Link for Each Station

  1. Go to the data link properties area
    You can see all the stations nos. by scrolling.
  2. Highlight the station no. you wish to set and press <Enter> or double-click
    The following (or similar dialog for MEWNET-VE) appears.

    Unused

    The link is not set to this station.

    Use

    The link is set to this station.

    Head address

    Set the transmission starting no. of the link of this station.

    Words

    Set the number of words to be transmitted from the starting no. of this station's link.

    Total stations

    The registered number is automatically set by adding the number of words to be transmitted to the transmission starting no.
NOTE

  • Words multiplicated by Total stations cannot exceed the maximum number of words allowed.

  • Check that the stations numbers' transmission areas do not overlap.
