• Bit 0 = 1: Invalid communication mode setting with the MCU's DIP switches
• Bit 1 = 1: Unit combination error
• Bit 8 = 1: Invalid communication parameter setting (see ErrorParameterNumber)
• Bit 9 = 1: Data length exceeds 2048 bytes
