Possible settings:

Description

Declare new identifiers

Opens a dialog to declare a new variable in the POU header. The dialog opens when you enter an identifier (e.g. in the name box of a contact) which does not exist in the header.

Add empty name boxes to input and output pins

Automatically adds empty name boxes to all contacts when inserting new functions or function blocks. Select Not for ENO if you do not want empty name boxes to be added to ENO contacts.

Show grid

Turns the grid display on/off.

Show additional comments in editor

Maximum number of displayed characters

Displays variables and/or addresses with their comments. Set a limit for the number of visible characters to hide long expressions.

Insert new elements without lines

Inserts functions, function blocks and operators without automatically connecting them to the power rail or to other objects. This behavior cannot be deacitvated when using intelligent keys.

Predefined network height

Sets the network height in number of dots.

  • Under Extras > Options > Program options > Fonts and colors you can adjust colors, fonts and zoom.
