The logging function is used to record arbitrary contacts and data information together with time stamp information at any time, and save them in an SD card inserted in the CPU unit.
Log data is saved in CSV format.
Use Data recording under in the project navigator to set the conditions for the data recording.
The settings are downloaded to the PLC as part of the project data and stored in the ROM1. The download of settings can be done via SD card.
The data recording operation can be executed by the following operations:
Selecting the Start button in the Data recording window
Using the FP_LOGTRACE_START instruction
Setting the configuration to Start when changing to RUN mode starts data recording operation automatically
To perform data logging at high speed, the buffer memory in the CPU unit is used.
