Do not provide an output and can be used within the PLC only.
For 32-bit data: DWR4 occupies WR4 (low) and WR5 (high).
For 64-bit data: LWR4 occupies WR4 (lowest) and WR5, WR6, WR7 (highest).
For PLCs other than the FP7, the internal flags from 9000 are special internal flags which can be accessed via system variables.
