Using the scan list

The scan list is registered in the Scan List pane.

Use the standard windows functions from the context menu to edit the scan list. Use <Shift> and/or <Ctrl> for multiple selection. With Drag&Drop you can change the order of devices. Keep <Ctrl> pressed while moving a multiple selection to your desired destination.

• Deleting connections of adapter devices

  Select Edit > Delete or use Delete from the context menu to delete an entry from the scan list.

• Rearrange the scan list

  Select Rearrange Scan List from the context menu to display a dialog where you can change the node number or the IP address.

  Rearrange the list from the node No. (100) and IP address (192.168.1.100) as starting numbers.

  Target of rearrangement:

  • Node No. of Scan List [2]

  • Node No. of Scan List [3]

  • Node No. of Scan List [4]

• Reallocating devices (Scan list)

  Select Reallocate Device from the context menu within the selected adapter device from the Scan list to display the setting dialog.

  Allocate devices from the LD device starting No. (1000) as a starting number.

  Target of reallocation:

  • Node No. of Scan List [2]

  • Node No. of Scan List [3]

  • Node No. of Scan List [4]

• Unregistered EDS files

  When EDS files of adapter devices registered in the scan list are not registered in the device list, they are shown on the scan list as below.
