Instruction sorting and filter criteria

Sorting under (1) can be carried out in four different ways. In addition, three filters (2) and a text search field are available.

  1.  (1) Sorting criteria:

    Category (by instruction category)

    Alphabetical

    Type (by function, function block or operator)

    Location (by library)

  2.  (2)  Filters

    You can select one or more filters. All currently active filters are displayed in the filter settings status line. To remove all filters, select .

    Sets a filter on the instruction category

    Instruction type filter

    Sets a filter on a function, function block or operator

    Reset

    Deactivates all filters.
  3.  (3) Explanation of the text search field

    Enter characters for the instruction or variable for which you are searching. All instructions are listed that contain the characters you have entered. Enter a blank after the instruction, e.g. F10_BKMV, and an exact match is displayed if this instruction exists.

    Enter "F10" into the text search field. The result lists all instructions that contain the string F10:

    Enter "F10_BKMV" into the text search field and all instructions containing F10_BKMV are listed:

    Enter "F10_BKMV" into the text field and the result is the exact match of F10_BKMV.
